Acquisition and development of Kings Heath Baptist Church site for affordable housing
To ask Cabinet to approve the purchase and development of the Kings Heath Baptist Church site, and the development of an adjoining former garage site, for affordable rented housing.
The new development (including the former garage site) will provide 20 new council homes for families on the Housing Register.
