Private Hire Drivers Licence Renewal

The Licensing Enforcement Officer outlined the circumstances as set out in the report.

 

The Committee heard the representations made and reached a decision with regards to any further action to be taken.

 

Decision:

 

The Committee decided that the applicant was on a balance of probability a fit and proper person to continue holding a Private Hire Driver’s licence.

Application for a Private Hire Drivers Licence

The Committee heard the representations made and reached a decision with regards to any further action to be taken.

 

Decision:

 

The Committee decided to refuse the application for a Private Hire Driver’s licence as the individual was not deemed on a balance of probability to be a fit and proper person.

Review of Private Hire Drivers Licence

The Committee heard the representations made and reached a decision with regards to any further action to be taken.

 

Decision:

 

The Committee decided to revoke the Private Hire Driver’s licence as the individual was deemed not to be, on a balance of probability a fit and proper person.

Review of Private Hire Drivers Licence

The Committee heard the representations made and reached a decision with regards to any further action to be taken.

 

Decision:

 

The Committee decided to take no action at all as the individual was deemed to continue to be a fit and proper person to hold a Private Hire Driver’s licence.
