To present for consultation draft budget proposals for 2018/19, including rent setting for 2018/19, and forecast budgets for 2019/20 to 2022/23, covering both HRA Revenue and Capital. The report will also outline the draft Total Fees for Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH) based on the draft 2018/19 budgets
