We the undersigned petition the council to We want the council to arrange for the black wheelie bins to be collected every week and any black sacks to be taken even if they are not in the bin

Like alot of families, we get through more than 2 bags of rubbish in 2 weeks and the excess bags end up attracting flies etc.
