13/12/2018 - Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Budget, Rent Setting -2019/20 and Budget Projections 2020/21 to 2022/23

1.    Cabinet approved the draft Housing Revenue Account (HRA) budget including charges and rents as detailed in Appendices 1 and 4 (of the report) for public consultation.

2.    Cabinet approved the draft HRA Capital Programme and financing, as detailed in Appendix 2 (of the report) for public consultation.

3.    Cabinet noted the draft Total Fees proposed for NPH to deliver the services in scope.
