The Chair to note public address requests.

The public can speak on any agenda item for a maximum of three minutes per speaker per item.  You are not required to register your intention to speak in advance but should arrive at the meeting a few minutes early, complete a Public Address Protocol and notify the Scrutiny Officer of your intention to speak

The Scrutiny Panel to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 26 March 2018.

The minutes of the meeting held on 26 March 2018 were signed by the Chair a true and accurate record.

The Scrutiny Panel to consider the Chair’s draft report.

The Chair reminded the Scrutiny Panel of the scope of this important Scrutiny Review; she then put on record her thanks to Louise Musson, Call Care Manager, for providing expert information to the Panel.

The Scrutiny Panel then thanked all those involved in this Review.

The Scrutiny Panel considered the Chair’s draft report, making updates as appropriate.

AGREED:      That the report of Scrutiny Panel 3 is presented to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee at its meeting on 30 April for consideration and approval.

Following conclusion of the meeting, the Scrutiny Panel watched a short UTube video  around support for those living with dementia.
