The Chair to note public address requests.

The public can speak on any agenda item for a maximum of three minutes per speaker per item.  You are not required to register your intention to speak in advance but should arrive at the meeting a few minutes early, complete a Public Address Protocol and notify the Scrutiny Officer of your intention to speak.

There were none.

The Scrutiny Panel to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 26 January 2017.

The minutes of the meeting held on 30 March 2017 were signed by the Chair as a true and accurate record.

The Scrutiny Panel to consider the Chair’s draft report.

The Scrutiny Panel considered the Chair’s draft report, made suggestions for update and addition to the conclusions and recommendations.

The Scrutiny Panel welcomed the positive update that the Head of Housing and Wellbeing gave regarding the Night Shelter. 

The Chair thanked all those who had sat with her on this Scrutiny Panel, those who had supported it and the expert witnesses for providing evidence.

AGREED:                  That the report of the Scrutiny Panel, as appended to the minutes, is approved for presentation to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 8 May 2017.
