An apology for absence was received from Councillor Jamie Lane (Chair).  Councillor Sally Beardsworth (Deputy Chair) was in the Chair for the meeting.

Councillor Cali has come off the membership of this Scrutiny Panel.

The Chair to note public address requests.

The public can speak on any agenda item for a maximum of three minutes per speaker per item.  You are not required to register your intention to speak in advance but should arrive at the meeting a few minutes early, complete a Public Address Protocol and notify the Scrutiny Officer of your intention to speak.

The Chair signed the minutes of the meeting held on 20 June 2016 were signed by the Chair as a true and accurate record.

The Scrutiny Panel to receive statistical data and background information to inform its pre-decision activity.

The Scrutiny Panel asked a series of questions to inform its evidence base, a copy of which are appended to the minutes.

AGREED:     That the information provided informs the evidence base of this Scrutiny Review.  The questions and answers as listed above would be detailed within the final report of the Scrutiny Panel.
