The Scrutiny Panel noted the written response to the core questions of the Scrutiny Panel from the Northants Rape and Crisis Centre.  The contents of the response would inform the evidence base of this Scrutiny Review.

The Scrutiny Panel considered the Chair’s draft report, making additions and updates to the conclusions and recommendations.

 

The Chair conveyed his thanks to the Scrutiny Panel for sitting on the Panel with him, all expert advisors who had provided information to inform the Review.  The Chair also put on record his thanks to the Head of Housing and Wellbeing and his team for all their hard work.  The Chair then thanked the Scrutiny Officer for all her hard work in supporting this Review.

 

AGREED:      That the report of the Scrutiny Panel, as attached to the minutes, is presented to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee at its meeting on 8 May 2017 for consideration and approval.
