Application for the Variation of Premises Licence - Gala Casino, Regent Street, Northampton, NN1 2LA PDF 563 KB Minutes: The Licensing Officer outlined the application for Variation of a Premises License to enable the Casino to provide facilities for gaming under the Gambling act 2005, 24 hours a day, which involved the removal of default conditions. This would allow the conditions on the Casino to be lifted and bought into line with other Casinos in the town centre. The Determination: That the application to vary the Premises License to extend the facilities for gaming be extended to 24 hours be granted.
